Yoga and desert

Gradually leave the cities behind to reach M'Hamid, then move away from the tracks and set up your camp in the heart of the desert. For several days, the bivouac becomes your living and practice space. Yoga at sunrise or sunset, mindful walking, trekking, rest and contemplation can be organised freely at the group's pace.

Suggested rhythm

Yoga at sunrise → breakfast → walk or free time → lunch → rest → yoga at sunset → dinner → campfire and desert songs.

Who is it for?

Yoga teachers, retreats, groups of friends, travellers looking for silence and reconnection. A camel trek of several hours, a picnic in the shade of the acacias and a night under the stars can punctuate the experience. The local team of guides, camel drivers and cooks accompanies the group and prepares the meals, including traditional bread baked in the sand.
